1.I have forgotten my ASTROID password. How do I reset my password?

Please send an email at irs@ccilindia.co.in mentioning your ASTROID ID for resetting of the password. ASTROID team will send the new password through email.



2.Can I have more than one HOT ID in ASTROID platform?

There can only be 1 Active HOT of a Member in ASTROID Platform.



3.Are there any restrictions on number of users in ASTROID platform and is the additional user creation chargeable?

There are no restrictions on number of users that can be created in ASTROID platform for a Member, and there are no charges for additional user creation.



4.Can we have a USER ID created in platform having IT role?

No. ASTROID platform has provision for the following three roles only viz. HOT, Dealer and Back office.



5.Can I get the archival trades, orders and activity logs information from ASTROID platform?

Archival data is not available on the ASTROID trading platform. The Member users can download the required data on a daily basis from the platform.



6.How can I cancel my outstanding orders as my machine got restarted and I am unable to login now?

Please call on +91 22 6154 6624/ 6625 or email at irs@ccilindia.co.in with your ASTROID ID for logging off your ASTROID ID and cancelling the outstanding orders. Additionally, HOT of your bank can also cancel all your outstanding orders.



7.How can we activate Spread Trading on ASTROID?

Member HOT needs to send an email to irs@ccilindia.co.in for activation of Spread Trading on ASTROID. ASTROID team will activate Spread Trading for the Member after the close of trading session. Member users will be able to view Spread Market Watch from the subsequent trading session after the day of activation.



8.When I try to log into ASTROID IRS Trading platform, it gives a message of logged in / locked?

Please call on 61546624/25 or send us an email at irs@ccilindia.co.in stating the error message shown and the User ID.



9.How do I increase my Single Order Limit (SOL) in ASTROID IRS Trading platform?

The Member HOT needs to send an email at irs@ccilindia.co.in stating the SOL that the member wishes to increase in the respective tenor buckets.



10.Will a change in my SOL have an impact on my Prescribed Amount (PA)?

Yes, the SOL changes have an impact on Prescribed Amount that gets blocked from the Member Common Collateral (MCC).



11.How do I create / delete a user in ASTROID IRS Trading platform?

HOT of your bank needs to send an email to irs@ccilndia.co.in for creation/ deletion of an ASTROID ID.
-For creation of a new user ID, HOT needs to mention the role (Dealer/ Back office/ HOT) along with the email id and contact no of the person for whom the account is being created.
-For de-activation of an existing user ID, HOT needs to mention the ASTROID ID of the user.



12.What are the charges for carrying out a trade in ASTROID IRS Trading platform?

ASTROID has a flat charge of Rs. 50 per trade. For further queries regarding to charges for ASTROID or charges for reporting of INR IRS trades, please call the Membership team on 022-61546652/53/54/55/56/57 or send an email at mcm@ccilindia.co.in.



13.We are unable to see the Trade CSV for a trade dealt in ASTROID IRS Trading platform IRS Trading platform in the path that we had selected?

The trade CSV file icon is available in the Market watch screen under Trades section. You can re-generate the CSV file by selecting the particular trade and pressing the Trade CSV icon.



14.We are unable to find the deal ticket of the trade dealt in ASTROID IRS Trading platform?

The deal ticket print icon is available in the Market watch screen under Trades section. You can re-print the deal ticket by selecting the particular trade and pressing the Print icon.
