Mr. Nand Kishore has been appointed as the Managing Director of Clearcorp since August, 2026.  He is the Managing Director of The Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (CCIL), the Holding Company since August, 2026. He is also a Director on the Board of Legal Entity Identifier India Limited (LEIL), fellow Subsidiary Company.

Mr. Nand Kishore is a seasoned and accomplished BFSI Professional with over 35 years of strategic and operational leadership in global financial market, asset management, and large-scale banking operations across national and international markets. Prior to joining CCIL, he has served as the Managing Director & CEO of SBI Funds Management Ltd, India’s largest asset manager by AUM. He has proven track record of driving profitability, regulatory excellence, and organizational transformation across institutional and retail banking. He has a Track record in driving restructuring of systems, implementation of large-scale process transformations, and deployment of technology-driven solutions for enhanced efficiency and profitability.  

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Arts, has done CAIIB and has completed Executive Leadership Development (Stanford University Graduate School of Business).
